Women's Jiu Jitsu and Women's Self Defense
We have a solid group of ladies that train hard and have fun.
It can be intimidating to roll with the big guys, especially as a beginner to martial arts.
Women's self defense and women's jiu jitsu are crucial skills to have in this increasingly volatile world.
We generally match training partners of similar size and skill level, and there are ladies in almost every class, sometimes the majority!
Jiu Jitsu: It's far better to know it and not need it, than need it and not know it!
